The 18th-century factory building of Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanmanufaktur is refurbished to create a behind-the-scenes visitor experience. The four factories and the art department are brought together under the roof of the Aelteste Volkstedter building. |
| 2008 - 2012 |
The Erbendorf factory is upgraded to create one of the most modern porcelain factories in Europe. SELTMANN WEIDEN continues to uphold discerning standards in tableware, while using environmentally friendly manufacturing methods to make products that satisfy the strictest health guidelines. The Seltmann family attaches the utmost importance to keeping production in Germany. This strategy is what enables the company to carry the environmental quality seal “be green” and the trusted “Made in Germany” label. |
